Because these product streams have fundamentally different delivery and operational dynamics, specific cancellation and refund terms apply to each.

Custom enterprise software development, cloud infrastructure modernizations, and dedicated engineering pods require dedicated team allocations and irreversible compute labor:

• Discovery & Initial Deposits: Project initialization deposits are refundable up to five (5) business days prior to the agreed kickoff date, minus a 10% administrative processing fee. Once sprint work commences, deposits are applied to active engineering hours and are non-refundable.
• Milestone Payments: Fees paid upon formal completion and approval of designated milestones are non-refundable, as deliverables undergo a ten-day acceptance testing window before final sign-off.
• Mid-Sprint Cancellation: In the event of early project cancellation, the client is billed for verified engineering hours and accepted deliverables up to the termination date. Unused portions of prepaid funds are returned within 15 calendar days.

For digital software licenses and recurring subscriptions on the Rankify platform:

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: First-time individual subscribers who are dissatisfied with Rankify AI may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial purchase.
• Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to prevent subsequent renewal charges. Access remains active until the end of the paid month; partial-month refunds are not provided.
• Annual Plans: Cancellations after the 14-day window receive a prorated refund for remaining whole unused months, recalculating prior consumed months at standard non-discounted monthly rates.

• Pre-Orders: Pre-orders for the Tarang Sand Art Table can be cancelled for a 100% full refund at any time prior to factory packaging dispatch from our Hyderabad studio.
• Manufacturing Defects (30 Days): If your table exhibits a verified motor, microcontroller, or kinetic drive defect within thirty (30) days of delivery, SreeVia AI provides factory repair or an immediate replacement unit with complimentary return shipping.
• Change of Mind: Due to heavy kinetic components and tempered glass, delivered units may be returned within 7 calendar days only if completely unboxed, in original sealed packaging. Return freight and a 15% restocking fee apply.
